BiblioTech offers convenient free parking for all visitors and patrons.

Parking Locations

• Main Lot: Located to the left of the building with spaces limited spaces available.
• Street Parking: Additional street parking available on the left and right sides of the building.
• Accessible Parking: ADA-compliant spaces located at the front of the main lot.

Parking Guidelines

• No time limits during library hours
• Please park only in designated spaces
• Do not block fire lanes or emergency access
• Report any parking issues to library staff

Parking Information – BiblioTech Central Jury

Garage Parking

Bexar County provides discounted parking for jurors. With a validated ticket, parking is $3 per day. To receive the discount, present your parking ticket at the Central Jury Room administration windows. Note: Do not present tickets at the BiblioTech booth.

Parking Locations

• Main Garage: Located diagonally across from the Paul Elizondo Tower (public access).
• Additional Surface Lots: Additional paid lots are available around the Paul Elizondo Tower. Please follow posted signs for rates and availability.
• Street Parking Metered street parking is available nearby and managed by the City of San Antonio. Standard city rates apply and payment is made at kiosks or via the SAPark App.

Parking Guidelines

• Validation required for the discounted rate (Bexar County Garage only)
• Do not occupy employee-reserved or restricted areas
• Report any garage issues to courthouse security or staff
