Once your booking is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your finalized date, start time, and end time.
Room Information
As a reminder, the room seating capacity is 20. It is designed and fully equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art technology, AV, and sound system. The room, equipment, and service are all provided free of charge.
Use of Space
Please note: all cabinets and drawers are for staff use only. Groups are allowed to use the microwave or store light food items in the fridge if needed.
Staff Access
During your reservation, please be aware that our staff access their lockers and lunches through this room. As a result, they may need to enter at any time during your visit. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations via email to ricardo.garza@bexar.org or malena.martinez@bexar.org. Please understand that when you change your reservation without proper notification, we miss the opportunity to reserve the meeting space for another patron.
