In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence, join Nathan Jones, Director of Curation at the Alamo, for a fascinating presentation exploring Texas’s connection to the American Revolution. Discover how Texas played a role during this pivotal era and how later movements, including the Mexican War of Independence and the Texas Revolution, viewed themselves as linked to the founding ideals of the United States. Participants will also have the unique opportunity to view select artifacts from the Alamo’s collection, offering a glimpse into daily life in San Antonio de Béxar during these transformative periods in history. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to explore the people, events, and stories that helped shape Texas and the nation.

Parking Information – BiblioTech Central Jury

Garage Parking

Bexar County provides discounted parking for jurors. With a validated ticket, parking is $3 per day. To receive the discount, present your parking ticket at the Central Jury Room administration windows. Note: Do not present tickets at the BiblioTech booth.
